We only collect personal data that is necessary to provide our veterinary services. Any non-essential information that could identify you is avoided.
Storage of Personal Data & Legal Basis
All information is used solely to fulfill the veterinary service agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data that is legally required or necessary for treatment is stored only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and kept only for the legally mandated period.
Data Security
Personal data is generally not shared with third parties. During storage, all data is protected technically and organizationally against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Access & Correction
You have the right to access your stored personal data at any time. You can also request the correction of any inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
Restriction of Processing
You may request that the processing of your data be restricted if the data is incomplete, incorrect, you have objected, or the data is unnecessary for certain purposes—except for data required to enforce legal claims.
Data Deletion
You may request the immediate deletion of personal data if it is no longer necessary for the veterinary service agreement or if you have withdrawn your consent, except for data needed to enforce legal claims.
